Casting materials: Major on the vacuum casting of nickel and cobalt base super-alloys, and capable of air melting aerospace-grade stainless steels as well.
Capability: Die make, ceramic core production, cast simulation, wax pattern injection/wax tree assemble, ceramic shell building, vacuum/air melting, hot straightening, vapor phase aluminizing coating, vacuum heat treatment and CMM/white light inspection.
