Configuration Management

Configuration Management (CM) is a technical and management process applying appropriate resources, processes, and tools to establish and maintain consistency between the product requirements, the product, and associated product configuration information during the phases of a product's life cycle. (ANSI/EIA 649-C-2019)

AIDC with full capacity of configuration management, which complying with US military standard MIL-STD-973 and the international standard ISO 10007, and the process of configuration management is in conformity to AS9100D:2016, ISO9001:2015 Quality Assurance system. The capacity of configuration management is include:

  • Configuration Management Plan:Plan and describe the objectives of configuration Management, the necessary activities and processes, and the methodology of implement.
  • Configuration Identification:Define and identify the product configuration baseline.
  • Configuration Control:The process of manage preparation, justification, evaluation, coordination, disposition, and implementation of proposed engineering changes.
  • Configuration Status Accounting:Accurate formalized recording and reporting the product timely configuration information and its associated information.

Configuration Audit: Verify the product requirements has been complying, the framework includes functional configuration audit and physical configuration audit.
