TWAIDC - Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation

AIDC held shareholders' meeting on May 22nd and approved the distribution of 2024 profits with cash dividend of $1.38 per share. The payout ratio is 60% to reward the shareholders. Chairman Kai-Hung Hu, who was opening up the markets abroad, had appointed executive director (President of AIDC), Wan-June MA to host the meeting.
