Speak up to Safety Concerns
- AIDC is committed to full compliance with regulations, while upholding high standard of business ethic and accountability in Supplier Code of Conduct and Code of Conduct.
- AIDC SMS Safety Report Mailbox provides a secure and confidential channel for anyone wishes to turn in a safety report, under certain conditions it could conduct anonymously. Report could be involved violation with Supplier Code of Conduct , Code of Conduct or any regulations.
- AIDC is committed to foster Just Culture, all personnel involved former or current employee, intern, contractor, shareholder or any third party(including but not limit to sub-contractor, supplier or its employee) will be secured when turning in reports.
- Primary Scope is “Organization, Flight Operation, Dispatch, Cabin, Maintenance , Ground Handling, Dangerous Good and Security”.

- Be noted , AIDCSMS report system is not used for general complaints, general complaints is handled by corresponding department.
