AIDC announces Executive Changes: Tsao, Chin-pin takes office as Chairman, Chuang, Hsiu-mei appointed as President

AIDC announced a material information on January 2nd, stating the Board of Directors has approved the Executive Changes on January 2nd. President Tsao, Chin-pin will take office as Chairman, while Vice President Chuang, Hsiu-mei will be appointed as President, and the foregoing Executive Changes takes effect immediately.
