AIDC completed re-election of Board of Directors in shareholders meeting and announced the cash divident of NT$1.42 per share.

AIDC held the shareholders meeting of 2024 in Hsiang Yuan Resort on May 27th. The Chairman Moudy Hu and the management reported financial performance of 2023 and announced the cash divident of 1.42 per share. The 10th re- election of Board of Directors was also completed in the meeting.
The Chairman Moudy Hu delivered a speech saying that the revenue and profit of AIDC are both increasing than last year. The revenue of 2024 was 39.1 billion which is increasing 29.3% year over year with the earnings per share of 2.36. AIDC also hit a record high in performance of first quarter with accumulated revenue of 10.6 billion as well as earnings per share of 0.85. The proposal for the distribution of 2023 profits was also approved in shareholders meeting with cash divident of 1.42 per share.
